THE TWELVE (12) WEEKS POLICY is ALMOST CLAIMING LIVES AT KYAMBOGO UNIVERSITY

Terrible situation at KYAMBOGO UNIVERSITY as the students try to strike in resistance to the 12 weeks policy which is aimed at forcing students into dead years due to delayed payment of tuition.

This Policy has been introduced by the University Administration and according to our sources, any student who fails to complete the whole amount of TUITION FEES including LATE REGISTRATION FEES OF 50,000/= shillings by 31st (March) this month will be forced to register a dead year.

This when fell into the ears of the students, didn't leave things the same, and thus the immediate response of a strike today the 28th of march.

Many students have been arrested by the policy officers and among students arrested include the Kyambogo media Group C.E.O and a Reporter for Campus Media Ink Mr. BAGUMA OWEN RONALD appearing in the photo below and taken to an unknown place together with other University Students who have been in the same struggle.

In the same situation, a student we haven't known the names yet has been shot almost hand off by the Police Goons who disguised it was a protective shoot and below are some of the photos of this student who is currently in a very bad health condition as he awaits his hand to be cut off completely.

Tear gas is still filling up the skies of Kyambogo University as we currently bring this to you and and bullets are still sounding therefore all we can say is that the situation is not yet settled.

keep following for more updates thanks.
